In order to complete and expedite the application process, the following steps should be followed: Fill out an admission packet (including application, medical release, and liability release information) Fax the admission packet to ECI at 1-405-810-8714 and then mail the originals to:     Educational and Cultural Interactions, Inc.     ATTN: Elizabeth Gallardo, Senior Program Coordinator     6051 North Brookline Avenue Suite #133     Oklahoma City, OK 73112     United States of America After receipt of the application, ECI will invoice with the bank wire transfer information. ECI will process the paperwork and send the documents for visa by express mail. Some countries are waived the tourist visa. After receiving the visa, inform ECI of your arrival itenerary. An Applicant must: Be 11 years or older Completely fill out the Student Admission Application (including attaching a recent, personal photo of the student) Sign the medical and liability release forms Be covered with traveler’s medical and accident insurance (if not, the student must purchase it from ECI) Read the rules and expectations for students Click here to download the application packet.
